AAEON's GENE-CV05 is a new eco-friendly 3.5" Subcompact board. Coming in with low power consumption (under 10 watts of power), the GENE-CV05 offers the new Intel® Atom™- processor N2000 series and the Intel® Atom™- processor D2000 series supported by the Intel® NM10 Express chipset. Built on the 32nm process, this subcompact board brings the latest technological advances, performance optimizations at higher CPU clock rates than previously available.

Green Energy Application

 

With a high CPU performance and a low-powered platform, GENE-CV05 is idyllic for Green Energy applications. Equipped with the Intel® Atom™ Processor N2000 and D2000 series, the GENE-CV05 supports up to 4GB in a DDR3 SODIMM, as well as a DDR3 SODIMM with a maximum of 2 GB of memory. GENE-CV05 has a CFast™ interface and one SATA 2.0 port for operating system and storage, along with two Gigabit LAN ports for optimum network connectivity data. Flexible I/O ports, including six COM ports, six USB2.0 ports, 8-bit Digital I/O, and one PCI Express Mini Card with a SIM slot enables the GENE-CV05 to meet the regulations of complex backend infrastructures such as remote control via LAN or wireless LAN.

Couple this with the onboard Resistive touch screen interface, and the GENE-CV05 is the perfect solution for the Digital Signage and Gaming vertical markets.
