AAEON Introduces EMB-LN9T Rev.B with
Expansion Flexibility for Industrial Applications
AAEON, a leading industrial
computing company, announced today the release of a new Mini-ITX board for
industrial applications: EMB-LN9T Rev.B. This low-powered board enables intense
CPU usage at 13W TDP.
The EMB-LN9T Rev.B can be
equipped with a choice of processors such as the Intel® Atom™ processors N455
or D525 supported by the Intel® ICH8M chipset. In addition, up to 4GB of DDR3
memory is possible in two SODIMMs. With Two SATA port, one CompactFlash™ slot,
eight USB2.0 ports, nine COM ports, one PCI, one Mini PCI and one Mini Card,
there is plenty of room for expansion and connectivity. The VGA interface
supports up to 2048 x 1536 resolution while the 18-bit or 24-bit single channel
LVDS LCD interfaces or the optional DVI can support up to 1366 x 768 pixel
resolution. Dual Gigabit Ethernet ports offer connectivity to systems and
networks. This board operates with a single +12V DC input to simplify power
delivery.

COM ports, which fits with industrial applications that need multiple I/O

AAEON Releases New Rugged Fanless Panel
Computers: AHP-2122 and AHP-2153
AAEON, a leading industrial
computing manufacturer, released today two new rugged panel computers: AHP-2122
and AHP-2153. The AHP wide-temperature series comes in three sizes –12.1”, 15”
and 17”, and the 12.1” and 15” Rugged Panel Computers have been launched
first. Due to the various support on panel size options, OEM and ODMs have
a variety of size options to select from. Moreover, the current AHP-2122
and AHP-2153 support panel, wall, desktop and VESA 100 for optimal display
mounts.
The AHP-2122 is a 12.1”
Rugged HMI Touch Panel Computer with Intel® Atom™ D525 processor and
has two Gigabit Ethernet ports for Ethernet connections. Also included is
one DDR3 SODIMM with a maximum of 4GB system memory. Moreover, AHP-2122 has two
COM ports, four USB ports (two in front), one Line-out and one VGA port for
plenty of peripheral interfaces. Furthermore, this fanless panel computer
supports VGA and DVI-D (no DVI output) for display options.
The AHP-2153 is a 15”
Rugged HMI Touch Panel Computer and employs the 3rd generation Intel®
Atom™ D2550 processor. This fanless panel computer provides up to 4GB of DDR3
memory. Moreover, AHP-2153 utilizes Gigabit Ethernet for speedy internet
access while employing a CompactFlash™ slot and a 2.5” SATA HDD port for
abundant storage. AHP-2153 supports six USB ports, two COM ports, one Mini
Card, one Line-out and one VGA port for interface options.
“AHP-2122 and AHP-2153
utilize an aluminum IP65 certified front bezel and offer anti-shock and
anti-vibration properties fit for rugged environments,” said Lee Lee, Product
Manager of AAEON’s Panel Appliance and Automation Division. “Furthermore, the
AHP series has a wide operating temperature from -20℃-60℃ to satisfy harsh
environments. As fanless panel computers, the AHP series is able to
further longevity and requires less maintenance. In addition, these two models
support the common operating systems, such as Windows® XP, Windows®
7 and Linux Fedora. These attributes make AHP-2122 and AHP-2153 ideal for
Industrial Automation, Factory Automation and Windmill applications,” added
